Living in Savannah

Just the everyday saga of a military family who is living in the beautiful surroundings of Savannah GA. The husband is an MP with previous deployments to Iraq and looking at a medical retirement with the wife going to nursing school full time not to mention they have 3 kids and 3 dogs!

Foggy morning

It's so foggy outside this morning, reminds me of split pea soup literally! I wish fall would get here in Savannah. I miss the fall days of Kansas, the crispness of the air when you woke up in the morning. Being able to sleep with your windows open and watching the drapes blow in the breeze. Seeing all the beautiful colors of the trees. Don't get me wrong I do like living here in coastal Georgia....but the season's don't change like they do back home.

Great set up here Gretchen. I like the template you chose. I set up on Blogger a while ago and have it so it links back to my AOL journal. I haven't figured out enough how to set it up as a stand-alone journal yet. I don't remember if you can post pictures here though. I came across a site that I had saved in my favorites that you might want to try out for photos. I think you can use it like a regular journal though too. But, I'm not sure if it's even free. But, I'll leave you the link anyhow. --- I forget which favorites list I have it saved in. I'll have to locate it and email the link to you. :-)
