Ghostly stories!

There is a hotel in Savannah located on Presidents Street, 1780 Inn. Years ago there were 2 sisters that came over here from Germany and one of the sisters brought along her fiancee. Legend has it that one night while the sisters were staying in the hotel, the one sister went to the balcony and seen her fiancee kissing someone else! She was so distraught that she jumped to her death. If you ever stay in that hotel some say late at night you can hear her screaming!

At the Juliette Gordon Low house late at night sometimes her mother frequents the staircase, just going up and down for no apparant reason.

The Pirates House which is now a restaurant but use to inhibit real pirates is also haunted. Sometimes the kitchen workers feel like someone is watching them while they are cooking and will look up and see one of those pirates staring at them!

Bonaventure cemetary is a must see for anyone visiting Savannah. Not only does it have some famous people there but one time long ago there was a house fire near the cemetary. Now late at night those same partygoers are still partying on at the cemetary. ooooooooooooahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Caitlin as a good witch...she wouldn't put her pretty hood over her head though!

BOO!

The kids had a great time last night trick or treating. After helping my friend get some of her food items together for her party later that evening then coming home and helping the kids with their costumes, Ben and I opted not to dress up,lol. Thats okay we still had a good time and the party after trick or treating was fun. She even had karoke! uh-oh watch out :) Savannah is doing their halloween tonight which I figured they would since it is after all the most scariest town in America. We might go downtown and check it out. It always seems scarier during this time of year and its fun to know some of the stories and then go by those places. oooooooo spooky!

Happy Halloween!

It's official, I'm no longer on AOL and this is my new home for my journal. It is alittle sad leaving AOL but after a couple of months dealing with some "issues" with them, like charging me for services I do not use, it makes me feel alittle bit relieved. Besides I have AIM so I can still go over and check out all of those wonderful AOL journals and my friends :) I just hope my AOL journal buddies understand and come visit me from time to time.

Tomorrow is Halloween but our town will do the trick or treating tonight. So that makes for a busy day especially since our cub scout pack has a bbq fundraiser they are doing today. You guessed it, Ben is out there right now helping. Hey, he missed out on all the fun last year so its his turn to catch up, hehe! We have a halloween party to go to tonight also. He wants me to dress up like a school girl and he will be the principal. Typical male! lol

School is going good, alittle stressed with somethings going on at home but its all good and will work out. I received a 100 on my 2nd English test and will find out how I did on my 2 math tests this past week on Monday.

I can't believe it's almost November! Remember to set your clocks back one hour tonight!

Changes

I know that life is all about changes and how we deal with those changes can either make or break you. Right now we are dealing with a few changes, some good some I'm not so sure about but I know that in the end everything will work out the way its suppose to. I went to church this morning with what felt like a weight on my shoulders. That weight has been there for sometime and somedays it feels like it will never go away. I read a scripture today from Luke 12:22-26 -

I tell you not to worry about your life! Life is more than food and clothing. Look at the crows! They don't plant or harvest, and they don't have storehouses or barns. But God takes care of them. You are much more important than birds. Can worry make you live longer? If you don't have power over small things, why worry about everything else?

As soon as I read that I can feel some of my weight being gone.
